Competition Rules and Guidelines

• ในการสอบแข่งขัน ไม่อนุญาตใช้เครื่องคิดเลข, smart watch หรืออุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์อื่นใดในห้องสอบ ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องยึดหลักความซื่อสัตย์ เคารพตนเองเป็นสำคัญ หากมีหลักฐานการทุจริตจะไม่ได้รับพิจารณารางวัลใดๆ

• อนุญาตให้ใช้พจนานุกรม อังกฤษ-ไทย ฉบับกระดาษเท่านั้น

• ก่อนเข้าห้องสอบ ผู้เข้าสอบแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือบัตรนักเรียนที่มีรูปถ่าย และชื่อ นามสกุลตรงกับใบสมัคร

• ก่อนเข้าห้องสอบ ผู้เข้าสอบแสดงภาพถ่ายผลตรวจ ATK พร้อมชื่อ วันเวลาตรวจ ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง โดยมีผลเป็นลบ

• ผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันจะได้รับการพิจารณาเหรียญรางวัลจากทั้งสนามประเทศไทย และสนามนานาชาติ

• สมาคมคณิตศาสตร์แคนาดาร่วมพิจารณาการแจกเหรียญรางวัลสนามสอบไทย

• ผู้รับเหรียญรางวัลเข้าร่วมงานรับเหรียญรางวัลสนามสอบไทย

• ผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันทุกคนจะได้รับเกียรติบัตรในการสอบแข่งขัน

• ผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่ทำคะแนนลำดับสูงกว่า 75 percentile รับเกียรติบัตร Performance with Distinction

• ผู้เข้าแข่งขัน 50-75 percentile รับเกียรติบัตร Performance with Honours 

• ไม่จำกัดอายุ และชั้นเรียนของผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน CJMC, COMC และ CMO

• เหรียญรางวัลสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน CJMC แจกเฉพาะผู้ที่กำลังศึกษาไม่เกินระดับชั้นมัธยม 2 และมีอายุไม่เกิน 15 ปี ณ วันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2565 เท่านั้น

• เหรียญรางวัลสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน COMC แจกเฉพาะผู้ที่กำลังศึกษาไม่เกินระดับชั้นมัธยม 6 และมีอายุไม่เกิน 19 ปี ณ วันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2565 เท่านั้น

• ผู้ทำคะแนนได้ 3 ลำดับแรก ของ COMC มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมสอบ CMO ซึ่งมีแผนจะจัดสอบประมาณ มีนาคม 2566 ถ้าคะแนนในแต่ละอันดับมีมากกว่า 1 คนได้คะแนนเท่ากัน ให้สิทธิ์ทุกคนในอันดับนั้นในการสอบ CMO

• การตัดสินของกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

• ผู้สมัครไม่สามารถยกเลิกการสมัครสอบและขอเงินค่าสมัครคืนได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ยกเว้นผู้สมัครที่มีผลตรวจ RT-PCR ยืนยันผลโควิดเป็นบวก โดยแสดงผลก่อนวันสอบอย่างน้อย 1 วัน

• หากสถาณการณ์โควิดไม่เอื้ออำนวยให้จัดสอบ ทางสมาคมมีสิทธิ์ขาดในการเลื่อนวันสอบ และ/หรือยกเลิกการสอบทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนโดยคืนเงินค่าสมัครเต็มจำนวน

• No calculator, smart watch or any electronic devices in the exam room. Honesty and self-respect are to be observed.  Students cheating in exam will be excluded from any award considerations.

• Paper version of a Thai-English Dictionary is allowed in the exam room.

• Student ID's or other valid ID cards with picture will be checked before going into the exam room.

• Picture of negative ATK result is required before entering the school.

• Students will be awarded in both international and Thai Division. 

• Medal Award Ceremony will be held for awarded students in the Thai Division.

• Canadian Mathematical Society take part in awarding medals in Thai Division.

• Participants will receive Certificates of Participation.

• Students with scores above  75 percentile will receive Performance with Distinction Certificate.

• Students with scores between 50-75 percentile will receive Performance with Honours Certificate.

• There is no limit on age or grade level of students to participate in CJMC, COMC, CMO

• Medals for CJMC will be awarded only to students in Grade 8 or below and below the age of 15 on June 15, 2022

• Medals for COMC will be awarded only to students in Grade 12 or below and below the age of 19 on June 15, 2022

• Top 3 students from COMC will be invited to write CMO (Canadian Mathematical Olympiad.) 

• In case of disputes, TCAA Board hold the rights to make all the final decisions.

• There is no refund. Exception: students with positive Covid-19 showing official RT-PCR result at least one day before the exams.

• In case of exam cancellation by TCAA due to Covid-19 situation, TCAA will refund all the registration fees.

นโยบายการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

• สมาคมจะทำการเปิดเผยข้อมูล ชื่อ นามสกุล ระดับชั้นเรียน และโรงเรียนของผู้เข้าแข่งขัน บนเว็บไซต์ของสมาคม เพื่อการตรวจสอบรายชื่อของผู้เข้าแข่งขัน หรือเพื่อประกาศผลรางวัล

• สมาคมอาจทำการบันทึกภาพในสนามสอบแข่งขันและในงานพิธีแจกเหรียญรางวัล เพื่อเป็นสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือประกอบรายงานของสมาคม

• สมาคมจะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้สมัครสอบแข่งขัน เพื่อติดต่อส่งข้อมูลข่าวสารในการสอบ และประชาสัมพันธ์การสอบหรือประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมของสมาคมในอนาคต

• สมาคมจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลต่อบุคคลใดโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้สมัครแข่งขันก่อน ยกเว้นผู้รับจ้าง เจ้าหน้าที่สมาคม และสมาคมคณิตศาสตร์แคนาดา ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการบริการ จัดการ ดำเนินงาน ในการสอบครั้งนี้

Privacy Statement

Thai-Canadian Alumni Association (TCAA) will post students' names, schools, and level of education on TCAA website for the purpose of announcing exam seats and/or awards.

TCAA may take photos of the competition and/or award ceremony events and use the photos for Public Relations and/or TCAA reports.

TCAA may use student contact information to send information about future competitions or activities.

TCAA will not disclose student contact information to anyone without prior permission from the students/parents, except personnels working directly on this event within TCAA and Canadian Mathematical Society, both employees and contractors.
